The policy: This privacy policy notice is served by TJ Painting & Decorating having its office at Unit 3, The Green Barn, Venthams Farm, Froxfield Green, Petersfield GU32 1DJH; tjdecor.co.uk is a trading style of TJ Painting & Decorating, providing painting and decorating services to domestic customers in the UK.

The purpose of this policy is to explain to you how we control, process, handle and protect your personal information through the business and while you browse or use this website. If you do not agree to the following policy you may wish to cease viewing / using this website, and or refrain from submitting your personal data to us.

TJ Painting & Decorating, as a Controller, are committed to protecting our customers’ Personal Data as per the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) that entered force on 25/5/2018.

TJ Painting & Decorating and our commercial partners, maintain records of residential customers’ personal data for providing painting and decorating quotations and completion of work.

Customers’ data includes the customer’s name, address, telephone number(s) and email address. This data is processed by TJ Painting & Decorating and its Commercial Partners (advertising partners) throughout the validity period of the customer’s request for assistance in providing painting and decorating for their home, and in order to deal with customer’s complaints and/or requests and/or enquiries.

TJ Painting & Decorating also requests consent from its customers, that their Personal Data be used to make quotations, delivery of work related materials to the customer’s premises and for invoicing purposes.
