On-Site Appointment:

  • This allows us to provide tailored advice and recommendations based on your space and requirements.

  • We can also colour scan any colour you would like matched in your home, even a pair of your favourite shoes!!

Customized Quotation:

  • Following the on-site appointment, we prepare a unique and detailed quotation that aligns with your budget.

  • Our quote provides transparency and clarity, ensuring you have a comprehensive understanding of the costs involved.

Your Decision:

  • We will contact you within a few days to confirm if the quote includes everything you wanted.

  • Your decision to work with us on the project is important, and we respect your choice.

  • If you decide not to proceed with us, we kindly request that you inform us through a call, text, WhatsApp, or message, stating "no thank you."

  • Please rest assured that we never take this personally, and your feedback is valuable to us.

  • Your communication really helps us stay updated on the stages of our sales process.

Booking Fee:

  • To secure your booking, we request a booking fee

  • This is typically 25% of the quoted price.

  • This demonstrates a mutual commitment between us.

  • We are dedicated to completing the work you require, and we appreciate your trust in us.

  • This also helps us reserve the necessary resources and schedule for your project.

Booking Confirmation:

  • Once the booking fee is received, we confirm your booking by providing a start date for the work.

  • This ensures clarity and allows you to plan accordingly.

Pre-Work Confirmation:

  • A week before commencing the project, we will contact you to reconfirm the start date

  • We can also use this to address any last-minute details or concerns you may have.

Your Project

  • Flexible Work Hours:

    Typically we start our work between 8:00 am and 8:30 am, taking into account the specific requirements of your project. We aim to finish between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm, but we are flexible and willing to adjust these times to accommodate your schedule.

  • Dedicated Attention:

    When we begin your decorating project, you become our sole focus. We prioritize your project and ensure that our team remains dedicated to completing the work without disappearing for days or weeks on end.

  • Minimizing Disruption:

    Working with our customers for over 20 years we understand that having decorating work done can cause disruptions to your busy life. Our goal is to minimize any inconveniences and make the process as smooth as possible for you and your family.

  • Your Comfort is Essential:

    We prioritize your comfort throughout the project. Our team takes every measure to ensure that having us in your home is as painless as possible. We respect your space and work diligently to maintain a tidy and organized work environment.

  • Protection of Possessions:

    All the necessary materials, including protective flooring, dustsheets, plastic sheeting, and masking tapes, to safeguard your possessions during the painting and decorating process are provided by us. Your belongings will be protected from any potential damage.

    We are committed to delivering high-quality painting and decorating services while prioritizing your convenience and satisfaction. Our team will work closely with you to ensure that the process is smooth, efficient, and minimally disruptive to your daily life.

Final Walk-Through and Sign-Off:

  • As the project nears completion, we conduct a final walk-through to identify any areas that may require additional attention.

  • We ensure that everything meets your satisfaction, making any necessary touch-ups or adjustments. Once you are fully satisfied, we kindly request your sign-off on the job.

Final Day:

  • Final Invoice:

    We will send you a detailed final invoice for the completed project via email. This invoice will include all the agreed-upon costs and any additional expenses incurred during the work.

  • Tools and Equipment Removal:

    Our team will carefully remove all our tools and equipment from your home. You can rest assured that we will leave your space clean and free of any clutter related to the project.

  • Thorough Vacuuming:

    We understand the importance of leaving your rooms clean and tidy. Before we wrap up, we will vacuum all the areas we have worked in.

  • Furniture Placement:

    Our team will take care to put back all the furniture and any belongings to their original positions. We respect your space and will ensure that everything is returned to its proper place, leaving your rooms looking neat and organized.

  • Final Walk-through:

    Before our departure, we will conduct a final walk-through of the completed work. This allows us to address any areas of concern and make any necessary touch-ups to ensure your utmost satisfaction with the outcome.

  • Settling the Invoice:

    To finalize the project, we kindly request that the invoice be settled promptly before we leave on the final day.

  • We offer the convenience of bank transfer as a payment method, and once the payment is received, we will provide you with the necessary documentation for your records.
